Both companies were incorporated in 1994 to assist their clients in the management, administration, and storage of documents.
GRM Colombia is a leading provider of comprehensive information management solutions and is deeply committed to exceeding client expectations through superior service and innovative solutions. Services include physical and digital storage, document management consulting, document imaging, indexing, and workflow automation solutions. Situated in Bogota, Cali, and Medellin, each location possesses full service capabilities to serve both local and major multinational clients. Storage centers are located in the major metropolitan cities and its surrounding areas. Each location contains specially designed industrial shelves and safety devices to assure proper management of information. All also have restricted access, motion detectors, smoke sensors, central alarm systems with fire extinguishers, closed circuit television and 24-hour surveillance.

Our New Jersey location is one of fifteen domestic facilities that collectively make us the third largest document storage company in the United States.
GRM was founded in New York City in 1987 to provide a more secure alternative for records storage than what was being offered by other established vendors. Today, GRM offers Document Storage and Scanning Services in New Jersey and New York area, employing more than 120 personnel and offering both physical document storage and digital information management solutions to our clients. Our flagship 800,000-square-foot facility in Jersey City, NJ, offers vault and climate-controlled document storage. It is an extremely secure building, with an around-the-clock security staff led by a director of security with more than 35 years of law enforcement experience.
